Approval of Content:

• All advertisement content must comply with Radionev's ethical guidelines and applicable laws. Content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading will be rejected without refund.
• Radionev reserves the right to modify submitted content for broadcasting suitability.

Broadcast Schedule:

Time slots are subject to availability. Radionev reserves the right to reschedule advertisements with prior notice in case of technical issues or emergencies.

• Delays caused by the client in providing content or approvals may result in the forfeiture of booked slots.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients must provide finalized content at least 7 days prior to the broadcast date. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation without refund.
• Any changes to the advertisement or schedule must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours in advance.

Content Liability:

• The client is solely responsible for ensuring their advertisement complies with all copyright, trademark, and legal requirements. Radionev will not be held liable for any claims or disputes arising from the content.
• In case of legal action or penalties related to the advertisement content, the client agrees to indemnify Radionev fully.

Force Majeure:

• Radionev is not liable for interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.

Termination of Agreement:

• Radionev reserves the right to terminate the agreement without prior notice if the client breaches any terms or provides false/misleading information.

Dispute Resolution:

• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [City/Location]. Mediation will be sought prior to legal action.

Confidentiality:

• Radionev agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the client during the course of the agreement.
